This is a very simple and delicious Gluten free fish dish
500 grms Prawn tails, shelled (Deveined)
125 ml olive oil
10 cloves of garlic very thinly sliced
1/2 tsp of dried chili ( fresh can be used but be careful)
dash of white wine
Put the olive oil in a pan, and gentle heat up. Add the thinly sliced garlic and chili. Watch closely until the garlic starts to brown. you are trying to infuse the flavor of the garlic and chili into the oil.
Put the prawns into eartenware dishes, about 6 per person depending on the size. add a dash of white wine and cover with the hot olive oil . add salt and pepper.
put in a very hot oven or on a gas top ( or on a barbecue)
Cook until the prawns turn pink.
Serve with chopped parsley, toasted white bread & a tossed green salad
