150 Gg butter

115 gr castor sugar

45 gr brown sugar

2 large eggs

250 gr flour

1tsp bread soda

1tsp ground cinnamon

2 lb bananas (5 to 6 )

1 tsp vanilla

50 gr walnuts



Cream the butter and sugar, gently add the eggs and fold in the flour. Mash the banana and add to the ingredients along with remaining ingredients.

Bake in a bread tin for 50 minutes at 180 celcius.
